The location is great, with easy access to nearby attractions. Our room was spacious and tidy, though the shower lacked pressure. The staff were friendly but could improve on communication.

The property was fairly clean with well organised and responsive staff. The location was perfect, close to Santos Head Office. Visited few places in the centre, at a walking distance from the hotel. My stay was really good here.
Facilities were very comfortable, even so Wi-Fi was very poor.

I had an amazing experience at this hotel with great value for money, especially given the spacious and comfortable room. The staff treated us like family, and the location was perfect for exploring nearby shops and attractions.
Food for breakfast could use more variety in options.

The self-serviced apartment was spacious enough for four people, featuring two separate bedrooms, a comfortable living area, and a large bathroom with a washing machine. The bed and pillows were cozy, ensuring restful nights. Every staff member we encountered was friendly and eager to help, making our stay even more enjoyable. the central location was perfect for exploring the city, and despite being in a bustling area, the room was surprisingly quiet.
I would be happy to recommend this hotel.

All in all a pleasant stay. Clean facilities and comfortable rooms.
The is no wireless Internet connection in the room. As iPad and data phones have become the norm, LAN cable connections are slowly becoming obsolete. It was inconvenient not to have wireless and was not available even in the lobby.

The location was excellent and so was the upgrade. We found everything to be very clean and comfortable.
Whilst the rooms were very spacious they could do with a freshen up. Lot of dirty marks on the walls and carpets. If this were to be done I would then say the rooms were excellent.

The location is perfect for exploring the city, with plenty of restaurants and parks nearby. Plus, the 24-hour concierge was super handy for late-night needs. The sound isolation in the room was impressive, allowing for a peaceful night's sleep despite some outside noise. The bedroom setup kept things nice and quiet, which was a pleasant surprise!
But on the downside, the staff could be a bit more friendly and attentive. I had some issues with the check-in process and the lift situation was confusing. So, getting to my room involved more time than it should have. the Wi-Fi was a bit slow, which was frustrating at times. some improvements could really enhance the experience!

Lots of space in the rooms, kitchenette, great bathroom, close to everything. Great stay.
Difficult to swipe the cards in the lifts but this was no big deal.
